As of project completion, August 2020, the Oliv stands with the top 5 tallest structures in Tempe, Arizona . This high rise includes 268 units with 164 parking spaces in 5 (above ground) levels of parking. Amenities such as rooftop pool deck, fitness center, tanning salon, clubroom and lounge, and controlled access system are featured within this project.
