Scope Of Work
Nine new buildings were constructed, consisting of 65 units plus a community building.
Fulfill a Need
We were able to provide affordable housing in the Providence area while also creating a sense of community within the neighborhood.
Why Pezzuco Construction was Selected
We were able to negotiate a contract with the owner after extensive plan reviews and value engineering.
Services Provided
Pezzuco Construction acted as General Contractor for the entire project. We also performed P.M. and daily onsite supervision, and installation of exterior trim.
Unique Features
The original site was contaminated, which had to be contended with before construction could begin. A two-hour shaft wall construction was also a challenge to the project.
