Scope Of Work
Project was handed to Bella after the owners tried doing a "under the radar remodel". We highly suggest that you do not try this. Bella was able to deal with the city to fix the situation and obtain required permits for the home owner. From when the project was handed to Bella to owner occupancy was 5 months this included the permitting and planning process!!
