Scope Of Work
Renovated and re-purposed 100+ year old building located within the historic district of Woodstock, Illinois. Complete gut and renovation of 3 levels: Basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor. Salvage and re-purposed materials protocols were implemented. Four (4) stop elevator installation was completed with waterproofing and drainage system. Rooftop deck to be added at a later date.
Challenges: Major foundation issues due to water conditions in the basement, typical of many buildings in this historic district on the square.
