Scope Of Work
Low Voltage
Using provided drawings install pull string in existing conduits for ATT Fiber Installation Install fire rated plywood, if cabinet is not to be installed on the phone board or on a concrete wall. Install Comm-Cabinet 6U cabinet - Provided If not on the phone board, install two 1” EMT conduits from 10’ AFF into the top of the back plate on the cabinet Install the 12 port patch panel in the top of the new network cabinet. Install, terminate, test and label the following Cat5e data cables Install per table below – 2 cables / exam room – 2 cables at Kiosk and Single Monitor cable all home run to new cabinet installed.
Electrical
Install one dedicated 20amp Duplex outlet – on its own circuit from the LPCR panel or available non-switched panel to the Tripp Lite cabinet. Label duplex outlet and junction box with Panel and Circuit Number Install branch duplex outlet next to the cabinet as shown in diagram at end of document.
