Scope Of Work
Jim Chandlee, Founding Partner with Chandlee Construction Company, signed a contract for an office renovation project on June 2, 2016. The contract is with Gerald Finegold for his business, TRADE VUE, which is located in Alpharetta, Georgia.
The scope of work included repairing and replacing ceiling tiles, replacing existing cabinets in the employee kitchen – break room, laying new hardwood floors and carpet, creating additional dividing walls of aluminum studs and sheet rock to create new offices, trimming out floors and doors, and painting.
