Stop Loss, Inc. is a full-service private detective agency located in Roswell, Georgia that specializes in the investigation of insurance related concerns. The founders hired Chandlee Construction Company to complete the construction of a commercial office building. The scope of this barn-like, two-story structure was the tenant finish of the interior. The design specified that the rustic look of the building’s exterior be carried inside with the interior finishes.It is located at Peridot on-the-line 1429 Fairmont Ave. Suite B Atlanta GA . Chandlee and Sons Construction worked closely with the owners and the City of Roswell’s building and engineering department to insure every required code was met on the project. Each step of the construction was completed to the full satisfaction of the owners and met the city’s exacting standards. The Chandlee crew installed all of the electrical components, laid down pine floors and finished them to a high gloss. They also stained and polished the existing concrete floors. When Seth Chandlee and Jim Chandlee, co-owners of Chandlee Construction, and their crew completed the project, the owners of Stop Loss, Inc. had two viable commercial spaces ready to lease.
