Scope Of Work
Chandlee Construction Company signed a contract on May 17, 2017 with Brian Teaque representing PSI Security System to build-out their new corporation headquarters. Their current office is in Suite 150 at 1165 Northchase Parkway, N.E. in Marietta, Georgia.
This commercial construction project is managed by Kenneth Rybnikar, Senior Project Manager for Chandlee Construction. The architects are Peacock Architects at 5525 Interstate Parkway in Atlanta, Georgia.
Chandlee Construction Company, commented on December 13, “PSI Security on South Cobb Drive is coming to completion rapidly. The new building is an architecturally pleasing structure and a state-of-the-art headquarters for the owner – the project is developing into an amazing product.”
