Chandlee Construction Construction Company was chosen as the commercial contractor for a series of high-end tenant finishes in John Wieland’s Braeburn Village, a mixed-use development in the Crabapple community of Alpharetta, Georgia. This second design-build project for Chandlee and Sons in Braeburn Village was a $300,000 upscale classic southern design of a two-story building painted a deep cranberry red for the new tenant, M. Todd Byars, owner of Crabapple Financial Services.
Chandlee Construction, of wanted this design-build project to be the very best finish with only commercial grade carpet.
