Scope Of Work
Chandlee Construction Company signed a contract on September 6, 2018 with Bryan Gaylor of Clear Channel Outdoor Atlanta, Inc., whose corporate office is in Suite C at 1200 Wilson Way in Smyrna, Georgia.
The scope of the project is to remodel their Marietta office. The work includes upgrading the floor coverings with new carpet, ceramic tile and luxury vinyl tile. Marble countertops are being installed in the restrooms and our crew is replacing the existing partitions. Four extremely large fans and two exhaust fans are being installed. Exterior work involves adding two concrete loading ramps and a fence surrounding the property. Ken Rybnikar is our Senior Project Manager and Mary Chandlee is the Project Administrator on this commercial remodel project.
