Scope Of Work
Complete Interior Demolition of a 40,000 sq. ft. Sports Authority to bring back to a cold dark shell.
Remove and Replace existing Facade.
Landlord work for (18,000) sq.ft. to include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and facade work for the future OLD NAVY location.
