Scope Of Work
Silverstrand made minor repairs to existing stucco, wood frames, window seals, provided protective covering to prevent over spray during the painting process. Silverstrand removed loose and flaking paint, Encapsulated the lead paint where no signs of flaking. All stucco and wood surfaces were prepped, primer and painted with two coats of paint.
