Scope Of Work

With a goal to increase movie theater attendance, Marcus Corporation decided to replace their existing and aging Marcus Westown Cinema in Waukesha, WI with a state-of-the-art entertainment complex - a first of its kind in the United States

BSI provided conceptual ideas, schematics, interior design and furnishings. The team worked with a host of local artisans and vendors, to create an environment that would attract audiences of all ages and comfortably accommodate 3,100 patrons.

The Majestic experience now offers a visually and physically inviting environment, rich with unique amenities including: 16 viewing auditoriums, a canopied entryway, valet parking, curving staircases, a tableside dining experience, 21 and over lounge, and a grand lobby featuring hand-painted murals, a baby grand piano, and a venue for live performances.
