Scope Of Work

Generac chose BSI to assist in transforming their Corporate Headquarters into a world class facility that increased collaboration, productivity and innovation. They also wanted the facility to better manifest their brand and culture while helping to recruit and retain talented employees. The remodel provides a modern and multifunctional space for personnel and visitors to work, eat and entertain, while expanding office space to accommodate over 800 people. Generac employees can utilize several new spaces including: a Café for a quick break; a multi-purpose room that can be used for impromptu meetings, staff meetings, or large gatherings seating up to 300; and a renovated and interactive lobby showcasing the history of Generac and their products.
