Scope Of Work
Project Description: New Construction of a public picnic pavilion at Franklin Park in downtown Brevard, NC.
Project Challenges: The City of Brevard partnered with Bracken Mountain Builders to create a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing pavilion at Franklin Park for residents and guests. The open design provides shade and shelter from the sun and inclement weather alike while leaving sides open to be inviting for gatherings of all kinds. The design is a strict interpretation of a traditional U.S. Forest Service pavilion.
