Scope Of Work
Project Description: Light commercial remodel and update from the existing visitors center.
Project Challenges: Bracken Mountain Builders was tasked with the removal of existing interior partition walls to create an open, inviting space for visitors and make room for updated furniture and room accents. Existing glass panels in one office suite were replaced with dry wall to provide more privacy for the office occupant while creating more wall space in the public area. New flooring, trim, lighting and paint completed as part of this remodel. As local builders, we are proud that the Chamber of Commerce would select us to complete this high-visibility project.
