Scope Of Work
JRM delivered Teach for America’s 130,000 SF interior fit out at their 25 Broadway office in New York City. Their three-floor office was revived into a sprightly open layout of mixed work areas, collaborative spaces, breakout areas, conference rooms, private offices, and PA areas. The enlivened space features open ceilings, IDF rooms, storage rooms, a high density/file room, a large training room with café, pantries, and a data center.
