Scope Of Work
Located in the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, the CGE Team was selected by Stoney Creek to provide planning and design for a 10-acre site development project. Stoney Creek Hospitality owns, operates and manages four main hotel brands located in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. Due to their growth and expansion southward, they have added Oklahoma to their list of locations for a Hotel and Conference Center. In a partnership with the City, County and Stoney Creek, the CGE Team was pleased to be part of this experience by assisting in the completion of the land planning, land survey, civil/site design and construction management for the Hotel and Conference Center.
