Scope Of Work
The Arlo NoMad contains a full service restaurant, ground floor lobby, guest amenities, dining area, and bar lounges at the ground floor and rooftop levels.
The hotel’s unique façade consists of window wall, metal panels, and punched windows. The profile of the building is set back on the second floor, providing space for a guest accessible roof terrace on the 31st floor.
This rooftop terrace is home to a bar, which is ornamented with a weathered steel trellis system and indoor and outdoor lounge areas.
Additional features include thoughtfully designed guest rooms, communal spaces, and innovative dining options.
The hotel is located in New York City's up-and-coming Nomad neighborhood, steps from Madison Square Park and a short walk from the Empire State Building.
