Scope Of Work
Tesoro and Texaco Downstream Properties historically utilized open Waste Management Units (WMUs) for the treatment, storage, and disposal of waste products from refinery operations. In response to regional water quality regulations, the Avon Remediation Team is proposing to conduct closure activities for the previously decommissioned WMUs at the Refinery. Extant Acoustical Consulting was originally tasked to create a Noise Assessment Protocol for submittal to US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), perform a construction noise impact assessment for the proposed action, and conduct compliance noise monitoring for industrial and construction operations associated with the project.
