Scope Of Work

After two years of design changes, finishes and perfecting, it’s time to say goodbye to the Spa House.
But my hard work paid off – it sold in one day, to the first person to look at it!

I will always have fond memories of my time working there, attending to design and maintenance details, as well as “playing” – going to the beach, meeting neighbors, local artists and getting to know the area. It’s been amazing.

The sellers are very happy with the quick sale and their profit from it – good fortune that I believe can be attributed to the care I put into making the space tranquil and inviting.
