Scope Of Work
Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) consists of 248 luxury apartments and 3,000 s.f. of street-front retail space. The Silver certified and award-winning project offers convenient access to shopping, dining and authentic St. Paul experiences.
Amenities include resort-style heated saltwater pool, sundeck with cabanas, sport court, 20,000 s.f. courtyard, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor living room with fire pits, elevated Bark Park, pet grooming spa, bike shop and LED lights in all units. Financed through a combination of and funding, the development will offer 80% market rate and 20% affordable units and is regarded as a blueprint for future mixed-income projects.
