Scope Of Work
The next highly anticipated project at the University of Delaware’s Science Technology & Advanced Research campus will include the construction of a six-story, 100,000-square-foot building on the former Chrysler plant off of Route 896 in Newark, DE. With a large emphasis on collaboration space, the facility will feature an entrepreneurship center, incubator space for software development, and much needed workforce development for the Financial IT industry.
