Richard Kaufmann has been building homes in South Florida for 25 years. Beginning his career in Dade County (Miami) where building codes are the strictest in the nation, and having witnessed 1992’s Hurricane Andrew first-hand, Richard understands the importance of structural integrity in a tropical environment and knows what it takes to build to withstand.
