Scope Of Work
E Contractors was the awarded General Contractor for the construction of a Maintenance Facility that includes site development for 15.5 acres, buildings for Offices, Shop-Vehicle Storage, and an Equipment Storage Shed. Major components of site work consist of concrete driveways, concrete parking lots, asphalt and concrete paving, concrete curb and gutters, landscaping, security fencing, sliding gates, concrete walks, and connection of buildings to utility systems.
Building 1: Office Building: Slab on grade foundation, with a load-bearing metal stud framing building structure with wood rafters, roof insulation, and standing seam metal roof, metal studs, masonry veneer, and pre-finished exterior metal wall panels, forced air DX heating and cooling system.
Building 2: Shop / Vehicle Storage: Slab on grade foundation, with a pre-engineered metal building structure with roof purlins, roof insulation and standing seam metal roof, metal studs, and pre-finished exterior metal wall panels, forced air DX heating and cooling system.
Building 3: Vehicle Storage Shed: Slab on grade foundation, with a pre-engineered metal building structure with roof purlins, standing seam metal roof, and pre-finished exterior metal wall panels.
Building 4: Pump House: Slab on grade foundation, with a wood-framed structure, standing seam metal roof, and pre-finished exterior metal wall panels.
In general, the Work includes earthwork, paving, fencing, site lighting, concrete foundation, pre-engineered metal building structural frame and roofing, masonry veneer on metal studs, pre-finished metal wall panels, exterior sheathing, damp proofing, aluminum windows, storefront system, drywall interior partitions, hollow metal frames and doors, pre-finished wood doors, ceramic tile, vinyl composition flooring, painting, casework, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, security and electrical systems as indicated in the Contract Documents.
