Scope Of Work
The project was to change out internals of the EP System and make repairs to internal components not being changed out. The focus was the management of the Construction Crew and maintaining a schedule. Various smaller projects around the main unit work. The quality level was high and the work was warranty. Maintaining the budget and schedule were key.
