Scope Of Work
Project Management for modifications of existing site to accommodate installation of Reverse Osmosis System, additional Silos and all associated equipment. Additional upgrades were done to existing 4 truck loading bay to assist with transfer of Milk to Silos and to load trucks. There were foundational pads poured for 6 new silos, a two bay pumping/shipping dock Building, a connecting Corridor and additional upgrades to the site drainage and electrical. Added new Transformer/Electrical Service for the new process, New electrical room with MCC's for system equipment (mainly motors) and all associated equipment. A new corridor was built to tie the old to the new and provide a place for piping to tie systems together. Steam, Water, Electrical, Controls, Fire System and building utilities were all installed as part of the project. Averaged 35 or more tradesmen per day as project was being worked on. Start to finish of the majority of the work was just over 4 months.
