Scope Of Work

First Housing completed the Credit Underwriting and Construction Administration for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation related to the new construction of The Arc Village, located in Jacksonville Florida.   The project consists of 97 units within 38 duplex and triplex buildings. 80% of the units are required to be rented to persons with development disabilities and 100% of the units are rented to households with income at or below 60% AMI. The project has an Elderly Demographic.

Amenities include a community center building which includes offices, movie room/classroom, great room, computer room, fitness room, kitchen and dining room, activity rooms, an infirmary, game room, work room and laundry room. A covered porch is located at the rear of the community center building and a porte-cochere is located at the front of the community center building.  

Construction began in June 2015 and was completed in June 2016.  

First Housing is the current permanent loan servicer and compliance monitoring agent for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
