Project Details: The Katz Abosch tenant interior fit-out includes a full demolition. Existing electrical panel relocated. New demising partition constructed, for the accommodation and expansion of the existing space and new tenant layout. The current HVAC system was modified. It supplies existing VAVs and new plumbing supplies and sanitary for a new pantry. New finishes throughout include electrified glass film in the conference room and millwork reception desk accented by a solid surface waterfall feature. Perimeter wood sills sanded and painted.
