Project Details: 5285 Westview Conference Center tenant services include a pantry and conference room that serves a two-story office building totaling 80,000 USF. Construction includes fitting out a white box. An alternating corridor demising partition added to erect a new glass door, the wall in the conference room, and direct open entry into the pantry area. Spaces separated by oversized custom pocket doors. Floating shelves accent the PLAM countertop, impressively lit by modern pendant light fixtures. HVAC work included installing new VAVs to service each space. Plumbing line installed for future appliance tie-in.
