Terry's Story: Terry started Peak Environmental Concepts in 1997 at 22 years old. His degree in environmental science and his annual summer landscaping job were the building blocks that propelled him to start this new venture. At that time Terry had one focus, "How do I get a serious summer job that will allow me to ski all winter?" Peak Environmental was the answer. While the demands of a growing business no longer allow the ski bum lifestyle, Terry still gets a few days off during the winter to ski. He also enjoys spending time with his three boys. He is green industry professional and he has built a culture of learning, excellence and integrity at Peak Environmental.

Lydia's Story: Lydia has a solid background in process development and analytics, as well as a passion for administrative efficiencies developed in her prior roles in public accounting, publishing, and health insurance. Lydia loves working on jigsaw puzzles and starting arts and crafts projects (that she never finishes). She can often be found doing yoga or reading in her downtime. Lydia lives in Ballston Spa with her husband and a variety of cats, enjoying her very newly empty nest.

Steve's Story: Steve joined Peak in 2010 as a project manager. His artistic talents as well as his mechanical engineering degree made him a valuable member of our staff almost immediately. He is a highly trained Green Industry Professional with numerous accreditations, he has built award winning landscapes, and currently oversees all phases of our design/build and landscape development projects. In his free time, Steve likes to make beer, fix old cars, and ride his bike. His real passion however, is preparing for the upcoming worldwide zombie invasion. When it happens, I suggest you find Steve, he'll be ready!

Olivia's Story: Olivia received her MBA from Nichols College in MA and she was born and raised right here in Clifton Park. Olivia will be the point of contact for marketing related items, service issues, scheduling, and is here to help with any questions you may have! When she is not in the office or on sites taking photos, you can find her up on Lake George during the warmer months or hanging out with friends and family.

After 15 years of owning/operating his own landscape construction business and then switching gears to try other areas of excavation, Dave decided to go back to his passion which landed him at Peak Environmental. Dave brings over 25 years’ landscape construction experience. Specializing in hardscaping and selective hand pruning, Dave can completely transform any outdoor space or make modifications to enhance it Dave lives in Niskayuna with his wife and their two dogs. When not working Dave enjoys outdoor motorsports, woodworking, and relaxing in his own personal outdoor oasis.

Jeff’s Story: After 8 years of running his own Landscape company, Jeff spent time in sales for a corporate beverage company, but it was clear to him that he needed to get back into the green industry. Jeff was looking for a landscape company where his customer service and landscape management skills could be properly utilized. It did not take long for his search to lead him to Peak Environmental. Jeff’s dedication to our customers and the Peak Team is very clear the first time you meet him and he is a great addition to our company. Jeff, his wife and their Two kids live in Mechanicville. Jeff likes spending time with family, going to sporting events with the kids, hiking, camping and anything outdoors!

Tim’s Story:Tim originated from the sunny state of California. In a previous life Tim worked as an art gallery director until his lovely wife convinced him to move back to her home town of Altamont, NY in 2003. Tim then began working alongside a master stonemason who happened to be his father in law. He loved the work and excelled to a point where he was a partner in the business for over 10 years. Tim lives in Clifton Park with his wife and is a father to four children and a “crazy dog” and loves kayaking, hiking, The Grateful Dead, Jazz and a good IPA.

Tom's Story: Tom has been a mechanic for almost 20 years. Whatever needs fixing Tom is the guy for the job! Tom also works over at the Albany Saratoga Speedway driving the tow truck. He loves cars, racing, and of course his family! When he is not at Peak he is helping others with whatever they may need, from moving to fixing tractors to working around the house.
