Design-Build Constructors, LLC is a full-service construction and architectural design firm located in Central Florida. The office is nestled in the city of Lake Mary and has the ability to service the surrounding area. Our desired area of service includes Daytona Beach, New Smyrna, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Winter Garden, Belle Isle, Oviedo, Orlando and any area in between.

The firm has two Florida licensed partners specializing in Architecture as well as Construction. Each partner has designed for clients in the central Florida area as well as national clients such as Universal Studios, DR Horton, West Gate Resorts and many others over their careers. The partners maintain their registrations by continually improving and updating their skills with continuing education courses. Some of the education focuses on energy reduction while other programs include structural improvements or reducing environmental impacts.

Each partner has practiced their trade for over thirty years in Florida or the Southeast United States. While Florida has its’ own concerns such as hurricane protection or wetlands impacts, other locations demand solutions to other problems such as river flooding or earthquakes. By relying on design requirements or construction techniques from other locations, the team is able to provide a wide variety of design or construction methodologies while maintaining Florida’s unique style.

The owners are experienced in projects ranging from government agencies, commercial, retail or single-family residents. Most of the owner’s experience can be traced to participating in projects from clients like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Westgate Resorts, SeaWorld, or AIG Insurance. Early contributions include the trim package of the Grand Floridian, rockwork construction at the Animal Kingdom, project management at Islands of Adventure, design work on the Crown Plaza and participation on hundreds of other projects with prominent clients.

The firm has been able to procure perpetual construction accounts with nationwide service providers that service residential customers in its’ short existence. These clients include Sears home renovations, Home Depot’s Pro-Referral service, Tuff Shed, and Empire Flooring. Other accounts include Wal-Mart’s Liquor Store program, City of Orlando’s Millenia Trail Bridge and City of Altamonte Springs’ gym renovation program.
