Scope Of Work
Challenges:
The location of this project provided unique challenges. Additional excavation was needed to prepare the site due to rocky conditions in the sub-grade and being built on a hillside. Tiered parking to accommodate building and occupancy codes were required as part of this project.
Resolutions:
Baron Construction was able to prepare the grade and sub-grade in order to adequately construct the building and parking required in the scope of work. We were deeply touched by the small number of people that raised the needed funds to build this project. We felt the responsibility to be good stewards of this money in order build a beautiful church that will last generations and be a service to this church community.
