Challenges:
Martin and Zerfoss Insurance wanted an office that reflected the style and architecture of the surrounding area. The owner wanted specific features in this project that Baron Construction was tasked with building. There were also tight timelines to move into the space in January which complicated winter construction and scheduling.
Resolutions:
In order to build the exact vision the owner had in mind, he took place in design meetings from the very beginning. This allowed his vision to come to life, and for Baron Construction to stay on track with a very specific timeline. We were able to overcome unsuitable soils and winter conditions to hit a January move in date and build a property that met the owner’s exact specifications.
