Scope Of Work
Challenges:
The building at the Gathering place was occupied during construction duration, with children and church members needing to use areas nearby. A very tight timeline was necessary in order to accommodate these concerns. Baron Construction had a definite start and end date for this construction project.
Resolutions:
We were able to meet the exact start and end date for construction of this project by maintaining a strict schedule. This was accomplished by weekly meetings with the client on material delivery and construction progress throughout the duration of the project.
