Scope Of Work
Challenges:
Building additional space while a property is occupied with staff is always a challenge. This is especially true when the staff in the building is responsible for delivering utility service to the public. This project required the existing facilities to be weather tight, and free of noise, rain, construction debris, and dirt during the construction process.
Resolutions:
Baron Construction was able to provide a clean and safe working environment for the staff at the Fayetteville Public Utility building that allowed critical public utilities to remain unaffected. This new building is the city’s tallest building and will be an asset to the community for years to come.
