Scope Of Work
MAJOR PROJECT TASKS:

Performed remedial excavation of approximately 32,000 tons of petroleum-impacted
soil 20 feet below grade
- Excavation within a gas station pump canopy

Removal of soil around footers while not compromising the stability of the canopy or
footers

Application of Regenesis’ Oxygen Releasing Compound slurry (ORC) on to the base
and sidewalls of excavations

Loading of impacted soils for transport and disposal to an aproved ExxonMobil
facility
- Implementation of a site specific HASP and JSAs
- Isolation of work area from traffic via jersey barriers and chain link fences
- Implementation of traffic control in accordance with the control plan in place
- Site restoration completed to facilitate continued work on the site for the NYSDOT
- Compliance with all LPS requirements as well as assisting in JSA reports
