Scope Of Work
Description: In concurrence with the Shop Road Extension project also completed by McClam & Associates, the site work and utilities for the new China Jushi manufacturing plant was also completed. This included: multiple sizes of water, sewer, and storm drainage; site grading and fine grading preparation for 950,000 sf building pad; fine grading of subgrade and stone base and installation of 43,000 sy of concrete and asphalt paving.
