Scope Of Work
We power washed all exterior surfaces of the balconies and remove the old caulk joints. Then we installed backer rod on all of the old caulk joints we removed and caulked in the exposed backer rod with new SinkaFlex. Finally after all prep work was completed we painted all of the balconies with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams ConFlex Xl Elastomeric paint. We also painted the metal handrails with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Industrial Urethane Enamel.
