Scope Of Work
This project is a multi-phase project where we are currently on phase 3 of 6. We power washed all of the rear/one side of stucco and lower entrance areas. All of the old blistered joints were cut out and had new backer rod installed. The joints were then caulked with SinkaFlex. The rear/1 side of the building and the lower portion were painted with 2 different colors of ConFlex Xl Elastomeric paint. The metal overhangs were painted with 2 coats of Industrial Urethane Enamel. All of the safety bollards and gas lines were painted with 2 coats of Industrial Urethane Enamel in Saftey Yellow.
