Scope Of Work

Superior Contracting and Environmental Specialties, LLC. was contracted to repair and replace the existing reclaim tunnel conveyor. Superiors MSHA trained crews worked closely with customer to supply design and layout that best suited customers operations and requests. Contractor fabricated new channel sections and chute work to replace deteriorated equipment.

All material was fabricated in our shop and galvanized per customer’s specifications. All material and equipment was delivered prior to beginning of project and work progressed as soon as plant went down for repairs.

Contractor worked with customer’s electrical team and removed all steel that was deteriorated. Once all steel and debris was removed, complete new assembly was installed.

We communicated with our customer throughout the project and were able to commission unit ahead of schedule, with no injuries.
