Scope Of Work
This entry project has impressive matching native stone monuments with irrigated landscape beds incorporated into the design. The custom Corten Steel lettering and column caps are lighted to make a bold statement either during the day or at night. This spectacular design continues through 700’ of the face of the property on Slaughter Lane and features a custom wood fence that is stained and supported with matching stone columns and corten steel caps. The landscape is designed, throughout the community, with native plant material to achieve the most visual impact with less water usage. The stone and masonry work consists of stucco veneer, with a light buff. Lampasas sandstone veneer adorns the sign in an autumn blend, with a mix of 1 1/82” & 3” tall , 8” to 30” long. The reverse channel Corten steel lettering is accented by the Corten steel caps adorning each sign and the tops of each fence column post. The perimeter fence consists of both rough and smooth cedar planks laid out in a decorative design. The remainder of the site furnishing featuring of 6’ picnic tables, stained/treated with areas accented with limestone landscape boulders. The final furnishings includes 45 gallon trash receptacles, a BBQ pit and a dog park.
