Scope Of Work

This project involves a unique and eye catching Monument Sign. The design uses distinctive details like boulders, backlit letters, local split faces stone column and a stucco sign face. The rod iron retention pond fence (550 LF) was designed as a safety feature but also is pleasing to the eye. Landscaping and irrigation at the entry drive was planned using native boulders and native plants that make it look like the sign was placed into the already existing back drop. The accent lighting will allow for a beautiful day and night entry into the neighborhood.The fencing consists of pre-cast concrete fence – horizontal panel alignment, in the pueblo. Standard wood privacy cedar fence and black powder coat retention pond fencing. The stone and masonry work consists of honed veneer limestone, 2” thick, colored white with brown, yellow and cream accents. An existing site boulder is placed at the edge of the sign and a stone cap will be made out of cut limestone. The reverse channel sign panel with punched letters and acrylic backing will be painted dark bronze, while the acrylic is to be frosted white as an accent. Reverse channel cut brushed aluminum are painted dark bronze as well.
