Scope Of Work
Seven4One Boutique Hotel in Laguna Beach, CA is a boutique Hotel specializing in Weddings and corporate events.
The exterior facade along with the interior courtyard were completely renovated to create an inspiring classic feel with a modern touch.
Bella Builders sourced three species of 100 year old wood, Gum, Pecky Cypress and Yellow Pine to create a aged feel to the building. When incorporated with the Cor-Ten steel and the new living wall brings the front to life. The Cor-Ten steel is actually faux painted 5052 aluminum , so the rust won't run and stain the concrete below. The inner courtyard had a fireplace which was extended and an additional seating area added. A Cor-Ten back plate was installed along with a second living wall.
This project has won a Beautification Award in Laguna Beach and has been featured in numerous magazines.
