Installed 40,000 sqft of ballast 060 mil EPDM roof system

Installed new counter flashing metal package

Delivered 15 year material and workmanship warranty from GAF on TPO sections

Delivered 15 year material & 2 year workmanship warranty on ballast sections

Handled all required closeout procedures with insurance company
