Scope Of Work
Fairview has chosen Anderson CC as their General Contractor partner for many projects throughout the Twin Cities. Fairview's Cardio Vascular Health Center in conjunction with the University of Minnesota Physicians Heart Care program, renovated their existing clinic at the Southdale Medical Center. The approximately 19,000 SF remodel consists of 9 offices, 11 exam rooms, reception, waiting area, breakroom and labs.
