Scope Of Work
Construction of a new 178-unit, high-rise, affordable housing building located at 1720 Melrose North in Bronx, NY will be a 12-story development sitting adjacent to the Metro North, containing on-grade parking with a rear yard landscape gardening improvement for the building tenants. The ground floor includes a New York Department of Sanitation compactor space servicing surrounding NYCHA managed properties. The proposed building will be fully equipped with rooftop solar panels, a community room, laundry room, bicycle storage and a variety of office spaces. In addition, this project is set to meet LEED v4 Multifamily Midrise Gold requirements and Passive House Institute US Certified requirements.
