Scope Of Work
4697 Third Avenue Apartments are the new construction of an 8-story, steel and masonry framed, mixed use building, consisting of 61,620 SF including 53 residential apartments and approximately 11,000 SF of commercial space. This new building features rooftop solar panels, with a unique façade made up of architectural metal ornaments. The project will be constructed in accordance with HPD and the building with be constructed within strict sustainable design parameters to achieve Passive House accreditation.
