Scope Of Work
Serving as the project’s General Contractor, BRK Services Group, LLC constructed the Amenity Center for the Vineyards HOA in Rowett, TX. BRK was able to overcome two separate natural disasters, a flood and a direct hit by a tornado, and in the end still provide the HOA with a product that will serve the community well.
This Amenity Center is situated on approximately 0.5 acres, and includes a Wood Framed structure, and an 1,100 sf swimming pool. The trades managed during this project include: Light Earthwork, Concrete, Wood Framing, Commercial Pool, Masonry, Plumber, Electrician & Roofing Contractor.
