Scope Of Work
Working alongside the General Contractor - Pool A.R.T., BRK Services was contracted to re-build several buildings at the City of Allen’s Facility - Ford Pool. BRK’s scope included the demolition of an existing pool facility, installation of utilities, re-grading the site and the construction of three new buildings. These buildings included a Restroom Building, an Office/Admin. Building and a Building to house the large pool filtration system.
BRK contracted and managed all trades, including: concrete, masonry, electrical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and all finish-out items. BRK self-performed the framing scope which included wood framing, decking, acoustical ceiling tile and some drywall installation.
